Our process
1) You send your watch to us. No matter where you are, we send the watch back worldwide. Alternatively, you can bring the watch to us personally.
2) Our watchmakers will look at your watch and give you a fair estimate. You can accept or reject this.
3.1) If you accept the estimate, your watch will be repaired and then returned to you by mail in a secure package.
3.2) If you refuse the estimate, your watch will be returned to your home in a secure box.
Either way, you get a diagnosis from us, what your watch is missing.
Our certified watchmakers take the necessary time for each watch that needs repair to find the right offer for you. A little research and the right contacts can often save a lot of time and money. In order to cover our costs, we charge a flat rate for an inspection of a repair.
